Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Chops
  1. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet at medium-high heat. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown. 6 bone-in pork chops, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper

  3. Once done, add the pork chops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over them. Then sprinkle the brown sugar all over the top. 6 garlic cloves, ½ cup brown sugar

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
