Pecan Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix flour and salt.

  3. Whisk eggs, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

  5. Fold in chopped pecans.

  6. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.

  7. Top with extra pecans.

  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.

  9. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
