Start by seasoning your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and oil. measurements listed above.
Cook chicken on medium heat in a pan for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked (165 F).
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar and ginger garlic paste.
Bring to a simmer and then add in bourbon, water and brown sugar.
Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is thick.
Chop up chicken thighs in chunks and add it in the sauce.
