Bourbon Chicken (take Out Series)
  1. Start by seasoning your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and oil. measurements listed above.

  2. Cook chicken on medium heat in a pan for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked (165 F).

  3. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar and ginger garlic paste.

  4. Bring to a simmer and then add in bourbon, water and brown sugar.

  5. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is thick.

  6. Chop up chicken thighs in chunks and add it in the sauce.

  7. Mix and now its time to ENJOY!
