Directions
Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Place in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
Season: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle all the seasonings over the chicken. Toss well to coat evenly.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Air Fry: Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook for 8–9 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8–9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest & Serve:
Let rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving.
Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
