Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place on a line a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl combine the ground beef, Cajun 2-Step, and W sauce and mix.
In another mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese and cheddar, mix.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon to your preference. Remove from skillet when done and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. When drained, crumble and set aside.
Cook onions and peppers in the leftover bacon grease until soft and onions are starting to turn golden. add garlic and continue to cook until the garlic becomes fragrant. remove onions and peppers and set aside.
Brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Mix in the crumbled bacon, onions, peppers, garlic, and the cheddar and cream cheese mixture until well combined, then remove from heat.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
