In a large bowl, combine the peaches and cucumber.
In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until fully combined.
Pour about half the vinaigrette over the peach and cucumber mixture and toss gently.
Add the chopped basil, pecans, and feta. Toss lightly and drizzle with more dressing, as needed.
