Dumpling Lasagna
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Lightly spray or oil a small oven-safe baking dish

  3. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper

  4. Fill a separate bowl with water

  5. Quickly dip each wonton wrapper in water for just 1 second

  6. Spread half of the pork mixture into the baking dish

  7. Lay a layer of damp wonton wrappers on top

  8. Spread remaining pork mixture over the wrappers

  9. Add another layer of damp wonton wrappers on top

  10. Pour ¼-½ cup water or broth around the edges of the dish

  11. Cover tightly with foil

  12. Place the dish in a larger pan and add hot water halfway up the sides to create steam

  13. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until pork reaches 160°F

  14. Let rest 5 minutes

  15. Top with chili crisp, green onions, or sesame seeds and serve
