Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottom only of one 9"x5" or two 8"x4" loaf pans.

  2. In large bowl, combine sugar and margarine; beat until light and fluffy.

  3. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; blend well.

  4. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; blend well.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan.

  6. Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
