Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop into 8 thick cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. The centers should still look slightly soft.
Optional: Melt a little extra dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
Eat warm for a gooey cookie.
Cool completely for a soft, fudgy texture.
