Peanut Butter Yogurt Fudge Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop into 8 thick cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes. The centers should still look slightly soft.

  7. Optional: Melt a little extra dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.

  8. Eat warm for a gooey cookie.

  9. Cool completely for a soft, fudgy texture.
