In a pot on medium-high heat, add your washed soybean sprouts and a half cup of water.
Bring the pot to a boil, cover the lid, and cook for 8 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, gochugaru, and sesame seeds.
Finely dice your green onions.
Strain your cooked soybean sprouts and drain any excess water.
Transfer your soybean sprouts into the marinade bowl. Add your green onions and mix thoroughly.
Set aside to marinate and place in an airtight container to enjoy later.
