  1. Put the tequila, coriander and chilli in a cocktail shaker, and bash with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to release the chilli oils.

  2. Add the honey, lime juice and a handful of ice. Cover the shaker and shake until the outside feels cold.

  3. Dampen the rim of a tumbler and dip in salt. Strain in the cocktail and garnish with a slice of chilli to serve.
