Cheesy Ham & Gouda Croissant Casserole

1 pack mini croissants

8oz sliced Black Forest ham

8oz Gouda cheese, shredded

6 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup half & half

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp nutmeg

½ tsp salt

⅛ cup chopped chives

    1 tsp black pepper

  1. Chop the mini croissants into pieces and lay them into the bottom of a baking dish.

  2. Fold the sliced ham and tuck the slices in between the croissants.

  3. Shred the Gouda and sprinkle it on top, tucking it into the ham and croissants.

  4. In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, half & half, Dijon mustard & seasonings. Whisk to combine.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the casserole and sprinkle the chopped chives on top.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and bubbly.
