Beef & Broccoli
  1. Dice the beef into chunky strips, season with cracked pepper then sear in a little oil until lightly brown.

  2. To the beef add the onion, garlic, beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar & sesame oil. Give all the ingredients a little stir together then pop your lid on!

  3. Cook for 30mins in a pressure cooker or 4-6 hours on low in a slow cooker.

  4. Once cooked and steam releases from the pressure cooker, take some of the liquid (around ½ a cup) and mix together in a small bowl with the corn flour. Once mixed thoroughly, add back into the beef and stir until the sauce thickens.

  5. Done! Serve with rice & steamed broccoli. You can also sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
