Mix together beef mince, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup cream, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until it’s well combined.
Cut each square of puff pastry in half.
Place a line of the beef mixture down the centre of each piece of pastry.
Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
Cut each roll into the desired size and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Brush the tops with extra cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
