High Protein Pancake Bowl
  1. Mix up the pancake ingredients (Kodiak Powercakes Mix, banana, protein powder, egg whites) in a microwave safe bowl.

  2. Once a batter has formed, spread it evenly and then microwave for 1-2 minutes. Length of time will vary depending on what size of dish you use.

  3. While the pancake microwaves, dice up strawberries and mix together powdered peanut butter and sugar free syrup.

  4. After the pancake is done, top it with the diced strawberries, blueberries, powdered peanut butter mixture, and mini chocolate chips.
