Shami Kebab Bun Kebab
  1. Cook the minced chicken and Sook Chana Dal together with the spices until the mixture is dry and sticking to the bottom of the pan.

  2. Process the cooked mixture into a paste, then mix in the onions, cilantro, green chilies, and an egg.

  3. Form the mixture into patties and chill them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Shallow fry the patties, dipping them in egg wash first.

  5. Toast the buns in butter.

  6. Assemble the bun kebab with the fried shami kebab, scrambled egg, raw onion, tamarind chutney, and green chutney.
