Slow Cooker Gammon - 4 Flavour Variations
  1. Place the gammon in the slow cooker

  2. Cover or nearly cover with your chosen liquid and add aromatics

  3. Slow cook on HIGH for 4-4½ hours or LOW for 7-8 hours

  4. Mix your glaze ingredients together

  5. Remove the gammon, discard the aromatics and netting

  6. Remove the skin, trim the fat to your preference and score a diamond pattern

  7. Cover all over with glaze

  8. Finish in a fan oven at 180°C for 20-30 mins, or an air fryer at 170-180°C for 10-18 mins, basting if needed

  9. Rest for 10+ minutes before carving with a sharp knife
