High Protein Hot Honey Chicken Sliders
  1. For the hot honey chicken: Season chicken breast with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Spray with cooking spray.

  2. Cook chicken until done. Shred the chicken.

  3. In a pan, sauté the shredded chicken with red onion, sweetcorn, low fat cheese, oregano, hot sauce, and a drizzle of honey.

  4. For the sriracha mayo: Mix light mayo, sriracha, and honey.

  5. Assemble the sliders: Slice the brioche buns. Spread sriracha mayo on the bottom buns.

  6. Top with the hot honey chicken mixture.

  7. Add low fat Swiss cheese and sliced pickles.

  8. Top with the other half of the brioche buns.

  9. For the garlic butter (optional): Mix light butter, garlic paste, and parsley flakes.

  10. Brush the tops of the sliders with garlic butter (optional).

  11. Oven bake at 190°C / 375°F for 10-12 minutes.

  12. If storing, wrap in foil once cooled and store in the fridge. To reheat, microwave for 30 seconds to a minute to remove the chill then air fry to get toasty again.
