Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add panko, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, seasoning, and garlic to large bowl; stir to combine. Make well in dry ingredients. Add eggs and water to well; stir to combine. Add beef; mix by hand until just combined (over mixing will toughen meatballs).
Scoop about 3 Tbsp meat mixture to form balls; roll in cupped hands to smooth (for easier handling, moisten hands occasionally as you work). Arrange meatballs on baking sheet, about 1 ½-inches apart.
Bake 15-17 min or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees (check internal temp by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meatball). Transfer to clean platter.
