Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 180c

  2. In a prepared oven proof dish, add in all the ingredients apart from the toppings

  3. Mix well and spread evenly

  4. Then add dollops of peanut butter and swirl using a knife. Add extra chocolate chips (optional)

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
