Preheat oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cranberries, celery, onion and garlic
In another bowl, combine the turkey, broth, egg, melted butter and all the herbs and spices
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture
If desired, fry up a small amount to check seasoning
Shape mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet
Drizzle well with olive oil
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy and golden brown
Serve over mashed potatoes with your favorite gravy and a side of cranberry sauce
