Smash the boiled potatoes well
Add chopped coriander, chilli and curry leaves
Add salt as per taste
Pour the roasted masala powder and mix them well
Take whole wheat flour
Add carom seeds 1 Tsp, nigella seeds 1 Tsp, salt 1 Tsp and oil 1 Tsp
Mix them well
Add water as required and knead them well to prepare a soft dough
Pour the potato stuffing
Roll them carefully
Cook them well
Serve hot with extra butter and pickle
