Aloo Paratha
  1. Smash the boiled potatoes well

  2. Add chopped coriander, chilli and curry leaves

  3. Add salt as per taste

  4. Pour the roasted masala powder and mix them well

  5. Take whole wheat flour

  6. Add carom seeds 1 Tsp, nigella seeds 1 Tsp, salt 1 Tsp and oil 1 Tsp

  7. Mix them well

  8. Add water as required and knead them well to prepare a soft dough

  9. Pour the potato stuffing

  10. Roll them carefully

  11. Cook them well

  12. Serve hot with extra butter and pickle
