Meyer Lemon Tart
  1. Make the Sweet Tart Dough and parbake it in a 9-inch removable-bottom tart or springform pan.

  2. Make the Lemon Curd, using Meyer lemons.

  3. Spread the raspberry or blackberry jam in the parbaked tart shell.

  4. Pour the lemon curd into the tart shell and bake until set.

  5. Chill the tart before serving.
