Turkish Pide
  1. Mix the bread flour, semolina flour, active dry yeast, water, and salt until a strong gluten is formed.

  2. Let the dough ferment for 1-2 hours.

  3. Divide the dough into 6-7 pieces and shape them.

  4. Bake the shaped dough at 500°F for 10-12 minutes.

  5. For the filling, chop the onion, green peppers, red capia pepper, tomato, and garlic.

  6. In a pan, cook the ground beef with the chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper.

  7. If the meat doesn't have much fat, add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil.

  8. Top the baked pide with the prepared filling and cheese.
