Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the honey, dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet.
