Mix chicken with eggs, onion & garlic powder, white pepper and soy sauce.
Coat chicken in potato starch.
Air fry or bake chicken until golden and crispy.
For the glaze, combine garlic, soy sauce, water, sweet chilli sauce, chilli flakes, honey and sriracha in a pan.
Bring to a simmer and add cornflour mixture to thicken.
Toss chicken in the glaze.
Serve with cooked white rice and optional toppings.
