Combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, and cayenne until sugar dissolves.
Place Lil’ Smokies in slow cooker; pour glaze over and stir.
Add pineapple chunks and mix gently.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Stir occasionally and serve warm with toothpicks.
