Preheat oven to 350F and line a 12 cavity muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add in your maple syrup, milk, mashed banana, nut butter and egg and stir well.
Add your chocolate chips and mix once more.
Divide your batter evenly among the cavities of your muffin tin (recipe should make about 12 baked oatmeal cups).
Bake for about 24-27 minutes or until the top is brown.
