In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder until a dough forms.
Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
