Kim-taku Rice
  1. Cut the takuan into 1 cm cubes.

  2. Roughly chop the kimchi.

  3. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Stir-fry the pork until cooked through.

  5. Add the kimchi and takuan.

  6. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

  7. Mix the pork, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds into the warm rice.
