Make a quick and delicious 15-min curry udon with fresh udon noodles from @koyalondon.
Use 1 cube of S&B golden curry cubes, which is enough for 1 person and lasts for many meals.
Add the diced onion, julienned carrot, and 350ml of water to the curry cube.
Top the curry udon with thinly sliced spring onions and a boiled egg (optional).
You can also add chicken or tofu for extra protein.
