Toast bread in a toaster or brush with butter and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix Momofuku Chili Crunch and mayo. Spread on both pieces of toast. On one piece of meat, spread on an even layer of cranberry sauce. Next up, create a layer of mashed potatoes. For true indulgence, add melted butter to the mashed potatoes. Nestle your turkey on top of the mashed potatoes. Layer the sliced or halved Brussels sprouts across the top of the turkey and top with the second piece of toast. Enjoy!
