Prepare the whole wheat pizza crust using Indian Atta flour.
Top the pizza with Chipotle Pepper and Pepita Seed Pesto and finely chopped jalapeno peppers.
Add three kinds of cheeses: shredded mozzarella, shredded fontina, and queso fresco style cheese.
Add the chicken sausage (removed from casings), thinly sliced green and yellow bell pepper, whole kernels of corn, roasted tomato slices, and additional sliced jalapenos.
Bake the pizza at 475 degrees F until done.
Top with chopped cilantro, crumbled queso fresco style cheese, and drizzle with adobo-ranch sauce before serving.
