One-pan Ground Beef Orzo Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft

  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat

  4. Stir in orzo, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and all seasonings. Mix well

  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and transfer the skillet to the oven

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed

  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top, and return to oven uncovered for 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly

  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired
