Bake the sweet potato in the air fryer/oven for 10-15 minutes or microwave until cooked and remove skin.
In a blender, add the cooked and soft sweet potato, milk and all other ingredients.
Pour into creami container and taste for sweetness, add more sweetener if needed and stir to combine.
Freeze overnight/24hrs & spin on lite ice cream.
Respin, I respan twice after the lite ice cream, if you let it rest after the first spin for a few minutes, it will likely need less respinning.
