You can cut the chicken lengthways if too thick (butterfly)
Mix the seasonings in a bowl
Season the chicken with 1-2 teaspoon and save the remaining seasoning for the pasta
Cook the chicken in sun dried tomatoes oil or olive oil for 3-4 minutes on low medium heat each side. Remove
In same pan add tablespoon oil and butter. Sauté onion , garlic for less than 30 seconds. Medium heat
Add tomato paste and mix. Add remaining seasonings. Add broth , heavy whipping cream , and let the sauce cook and thicken (add Parmesan cheese 2-3 tablespoons if sauce needs help thickening)
Add in pasta , sun dried tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, chili flakes. Mix well . Adjust salt if needed
