Protein Cereal Bars
  1. Add your Butter into a stovetop pan over Low Heat

  2. Mix in your Peanut Butter and Brown Rice Syrup/Alternative as they heat up

  3. Once smooth, mix in your Protein Powder

  4. Mix in your Cereal making sure that every piece is coated

  5. Turn your burner off and dump everything into an optionally lined pan or dish

  6. Press/pack it in to evenly distribute it (using your hands will make this easier)

  7. Put it into the fridge or freezer until it hardens up

  8. Cut them
