Hummus Spaghetti
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta

  2. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water

  3. In a large skillet heat the oil oil over medium heat

  4. Add the onions and cook for 5-7 min

  5. Add the garlic then add the spinach and cook for 1 min

  6. Add them hummus and lemon juice/zest

  7. Add ½ cup of pasta water, more if needed

  8. Transfer cooked pasta to the skillet

  9. Add the crush Chili peppers and basil
