Grease the inside of one muffin tin and the outside of another.
Lay the puff pastry on top of the muffin tin that is sprayed on the inside. Use the other muffin tin to press on top of the dough to make wells. Sprinkle the wells with some cinnamon sugar.
Add some cinnamon sugar to the whipped cream cheese to taste and mix. Add a small scoop of the cinnamon sugar cream cheese inside the wells of the puff pastry. Top with a scoop of the apple pie filling.
Use a pizza cutter to cut into separate pieces. Then pull the corners of each towards the center and press to seal in the middle.
Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar.
Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
