Fry the chicken until browned.
Add the onion, then the garlic for 2 mins.
Add the orzo and stir for 1 min.
Then add the stock (stock cube mixed with 750ml boiling water) and the milk and the cream cheese.
Cover and simmer gently for 10-12 mins.
Then stir in the spinach and cook for 2 mins until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper then stir through the grated cheese.
