The Best Chicken Nuggets
  1. Mix 2lbs of ground chicken with 1 whole egg, ¾ cup of panko, ½ cup of cornstarch, 1tsp salt, 1tsp of black pepper, 1Tbsp garlic powder, 1Tbsp Onion powder and 1Tbsp Paprika.

  2. Divide the meat mixture into 24 and cover completely in panko, flattening out to a chicken nugget shape.

  3. Bake at 450 on a greased cooking sheet for 30 mins, or until cooked, flipping halfway through.

  4. Serve with ketchup or your fave dip!
