Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of 1–2 cups filtered water and stir until fully dissolved. Drink on an empty stomach 20–30 minutes before a meal.
Squeeze half a lemon into a glass, then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Let it fizz and settle for 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup of water to the lemon mixture once fizzing slows. Stir gently and drink.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar to a glass with ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
Let the fizzing stop completely before adding water. This step prevents excess foam.
Pour in 8 oz of filtered water, stir well, and drink 20–30 minutes before a meal.
