"Re-fried" Beans
  1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cover

  2. Cook on high for 7-8 hours

  3. Drain a few cups of liquid, save for re-heating if desired.

  4. Mash the beans in the cooker with potato masher, add saved liquid to reach desired consistency. (Can also leave the beans whole)
