Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Begin by cooking and mashing your sweet potatoes until you have a smooth, lump-free puree. Measure out 1 cup of sweet potato puree and place it in a mixing bowl.
Mash a ripe banana and add it to the sweet potato puree. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until you have your dough.
Using your hands, knead the dough a little bit and then roll it out either with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about ¼th an inch thick.
Using a small cookie cutter or just a knife, cut out small shapes. I did stars.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line up the biscuit bites on it.
Cook in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
