Breakfast Meatballs
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients with your hands. I used a cheese grater to grate the apple.

  2. On a lined or sprayed sheet pan, use a ¼ cup measuring scoop to form meatballs and place on the pan.

  3. Bake at 350° 25-30 minutes. Turn the oven to high broil and broil 2-3 minutes or until browned. Make sure the internal temperature is 175° and cooked through. Mine made 14 meatballs.
