Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, brown sugar, melted butter, honey, and egg. Stir well to combine.
In another bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the cornbread batter into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cornbread from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
