Chop all vegetables (corn, black beans, cucumber, red bell peppers, and shallot) using a veggie chopper
Combine chopped vegetables in a bowl
Add crumbled feta cheese and diced avocados
Squeeze juice of 1 lime over the mixture
Add light mayo and season with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
Mix well and serve as a scoopable salad
