Heat olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet
Add sausage and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until cooked through.
To the same skillet, add uncooked rigatoni, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, italian seasoning, and tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil on medium heat and stir well. Cover with lid and allow pasta to cook for about 10-15 minutes while sauce boils until pasta reaches "al dente".
Add fresh spinach and stir frequently for 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
