Seeds Tahini and Chocolate Covered Smashed Dates
  1. Pit the dates and place them on a lined baking tray, flattening them down with a glass

  2. Spoon 1 tsp tahini on top of each one, then sprinkle seeds on top

  3. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted. Spoon the chocolate on top of the dates and chill until set, then sprinkle with extra seeds if you like

  4. Store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen!
