Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk in a large bowl

  2. Add sugar, margarine, eggs, and flour and mix well

  3. Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes

  4. Put in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in size

  5. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Roll the dough flat until it is approximately 16 x 21 inches long and ⅛ inches wide

  6. Preheat oven to 400°F

  7. For the filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread softened butter over the surface of the dough and then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar evenly over the surface

  8. Roll the dough from the long side (a 21-inch side), roll the dough down to the bottom edge

  9. Cut the rolled dough into 1 ½-inch slices and place 2 at a time on a greased baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light brown color

  10. While the rolls bake, combine the icing ingredients. Beat until smooth

  11. When the rolls come out of the oven, cool each generously with icing

  12. Makes 12 rolls
