Dissolve yeast in warm milk in a large bowl
Add sugar, margarine, eggs, and flour and mix well
Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes
Put in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in size
Roll out dough on a floured surface. Roll the dough flat until it is approximately 16 x 21 inches long and ⅛ inches wide
Preheat oven to 400°F
For the filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread softened butter over the surface of the dough and then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar evenly over the surface
Roll the dough from the long side (a 21-inch side), roll the dough down to the bottom edge
Cut the rolled dough into 1 ½-inch slices and place 2 at a time on a greased baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light brown color
While the rolls bake, combine the icing ingredients. Beat until smooth
When the rolls come out of the oven, cool each generously with icing
